This is Luna's second wand, her first being taken by the Death Eaters when the young witch was captured and locked in the dungeons of Malfoy Manor. Ollivander makes her this wand as a thank you. We can't help but admit that she is extremely beautiful with this tulip shape. Unfortunately, we know nothing more about its creation.
